We stayed here in end of April for our wedding anniversary weekend for two nights in this newly opened very luxurious and super well decorated hotel. What was very special to us also was the staff. They really went out of their way to help in every way possible. From the reception booking us a special restaurant, to the bar and to the breakfast chef. They have a gym, gorgeous bar man and fabulous breakfast spread. The rooms were super comfortable, great bed, and the location is in a quieter side of the city which we really appreciated, but walking distance to the metro station. For sure next time we come back, we will stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and as Platinum members, appreciated the additional steps taken to make our stay a pleasure. The location near the Sapporo Beer Factory complex was close enough to the station while not being right in the hustle bustle of the city. It was only a short walk to the television tower and gardens, and numerous restaurant options with the cinemas and shopping centre across the road. The room itself was luxurious and a pleasant upgrade from many other Japanese hotels we experienced over a month in the country. Highly recommend.
